My goal is to offer you a personalized and individualized therapeutic experience. My modality is primarily drawn from psychodynamic therapy but I utilize approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, internal family systems, amongst others.

My primary goal is to foster a sense of warmth and safety which allows us to collaboratively explore, discuss, and process difficult emotions and challenges. Overall, this is a partnership. We will work together to create the positive change that you desire.

That is okay! It can be difficult to find a therapist who you truly mesh with. Life is busy and it can be hard to find the time to dedicate to doing research and setting up an appointment. For this reason, I offer a free consultation to determine if this endeavor may be a good fit for you and your needs.

The answer to this is highly subjective and it depends on many factors. However, the work I do with my clients tends to be longer-term. Developing insight and awareness can take time. Therefore, many of my clients work with me for at least 6-9 months, many longer.

My primary areas of treatment include anxiety, depression, and trauma. However, I have experience working with clients suffering from a variety of ailments including men’s issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, family conflict, cultural/racial identity, and more.

At the moment, my practice is fully virtual. We will utilize a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform for our sessions.
